250 grams butter on room temperature
250 grams powdered sugar
45 grams flour
240 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Green food coloring
Puree the pear and put it away. Grab a bowl and mix the butter until it’s all smooth. Now start adding the powdered sugar bit by bit. Add the vanilla extract and pear and continue mixing. Add some green food coloring and mix again. Once it’s all mixed, you’re done.
