215 grams butter at room temperature
450 grams cream cheese at room temperature
140 grams powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 grams shredded coconut, roasted
Mix the butter and cream cheese until it’s a smooth batter. Add the powdered sugar bit by bit and mix until it’s all dissolved. Add the vanilla extract and mix again. Roast the shredded coconut in a pan until it’s starting to turn a bit brown. Add the roasted shredded coconut to the batter and mix again for a short time. Now your frosting is ready.
